Refund / Exchange Policy
At TRAV, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, we have made our return and exchange process straightforward and transparent.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges are available for size, color, or a different product (subject to availability).
- Courier fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The return process typically requires 3–5 business days.
- Once the returned item is received and approved, your refund will be processed on the same day via Instapay or bank transfer, regardless of the original payment method.
- Courier fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is found to have a manufacturing defect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items not in resellable condition (e.g., with perfume, makeup, or deodorant stains).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Access the Return / Exchange link in the website menu.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Our courier will manage the collection and delivery process.
